  I found this shop around 4 years ago. I used them a lot since then. I am very happy with their jobs and their suggestions. The garments were like new after dry cleaning, and the alterations were really satisfied which indicating that they have a lot of experience in alteration. I recommended this shop to many friends and they are all happy too.

  DONT USE THIS DRY CLEANER, THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY AND INCOMPETENT.
  
  I needed my suit dry cleaned for the races at Sandown on the weekend, being an owner I have an expensive suit that has been fitted. Because of the long weekend TLC was the only dry cleaners open. They have shrunk my suit. The arms are shorter, it’s very tight from the arm to the shoulder, hasn’t been pressed properly, crease marks all over and smells like an iron has burned it. $2500 suit completely ruined.
  
  After taking the suit to my suit maker and alteration lady we have figured out that the suit is made of wool and TLC Dry Cleaners have burnt the suit, they have done an incredible amount of damage. Dispute having insurance they were no help and want me to sue them with my lawyer to get compensation.
  
  DONT USE THIS DRY CLEANER, THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY AND INCOMPETENT.

  Unfortunately, I can’t support this business anymore after a bad service my mum had with them. My mum was at fault for leaving her blue coat for dry cleaning for over 3 months and losing the receipt. (stupid mistakes, I know). She had a false expectation that they’d keep it there whenever she’d remember to pick it up.
  
  Months after when my mum remembered to pick her coat up they wanted a receipt and then they’d be able to give her coat back. We just wanted to pick up, pay and go. But they were resistant and they have my mum’s mobile number. Petty. I even considered paying extra money for the delay for mum not picking it up.
  
  Having a mother born from a different country, we’re bound for miscommunication and culture differences.
  
  I called them, and they said they wanted the receipt to be able to give my mum back the coat. They said she left the coat for months so no receipt, no coat.
  
  Anyway, it was such a rude awakening. Will never come back.
  
  They ended up giving my mum’s coat to “charity”. They didn’t even want to tell me which charity. Again, petty and very disappointing customer service. Shame.
  
  But would they really make their way to give peoples’ clothes to charity? Who knows? Hope karma teaches them a lesson.
  
  Here’s a business advice: Please be clear of time and day for pick up, mention to new customers and remind exisiting customers about your 3 month policy and to keep their receipt for pick up. Maybe also include an email so people have a digital copy. Also, have a sign about the policy nice and clear on your desk too. Thank you.
  
  Pictured is me in the exact coat but camel colour. Mum had the blue version from Saba (pricey lesson for mum lol).

  Best service. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Did some perfect alteration jobs for me. I feel within the similar business this shop is the best in the area. Highly recommend.

  it is really a good service. the lady gave a little design on my old jumper which I love it so much.
  I told them to pick up on the next day of dropping off, they are efficent and make sure I can catch my appointment. Appreciate!
  Highly recommend for easy communicate and great location.

  went in to get school blazer dry cleaned was told a great price but due to having to catch public transport and not being able to collect blazer by shut time nxt day was told extra charges on wknd or extra charges for same day how convenient to cater for those single parents doing it tough
