- Jason Herrington Added June 25, 2017★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Just recently I walked into C&E Chadstone for some Christmas shopping on a Saturday afternoon. To my dismay,not one of the 6 staff members could even say hello or ask if I needed assistance.This poor customer service was a little disheartening as I once enjoyed my retail experiences in the past. The other two people in store weren't getting service either. Too busy stocking shelves and out in the recess area.
I had some money to burn and was excited to see what was on offer for Christmas gift ideas this year,yet left the store with no gifts,no welcome and no advice on gift packs on offer. As a result,my $300 was spent at another store that gave great warm,genuine,friendly service. Not too much to ask I really!!
