I was here for a capsule machine and the staff seemed to be disinterested
to attend to me. I have to call their attention even though they
obviously know that I was there. What a waste. I tried their coffee and I thought

- Kate Ronnie Added August 13, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN CHADSTONE AND POSSIBLY THE WORLD. Would rather buy online and WAIT for it to arrive in post than ever go in here ever again. Good coffee, but I tell you that customer service is almost enough to put me off it for good.

Even thou there were still customers inside. I begged the guy at the door that I will be one minute as I knew wat I wanted already but was told too late. Now I gotta go back there again as I have no other choice besides the city that's even further.
